last night was for dinner and a show at the ritz with my sweet man, followed by coconut cake from shaba shabu. [y’all. that cake is a life changer!!!!]

i got to visit with leah AND erin at the most intense show of my life. band of horses rocked from their first song to their last. they were incredible. incredible. incredible.

my ears will probably be ringing until sunday, but it was totally worth it.

i’m off to visit my long time friend ian in london, cruise around france, scotland, ireland and england with my baby sis, mama, aunt & cousin! #girlsonly

so remember that math test that i had to cram for after i got that verbal warning [feeling VERY grateful, STILL]?….

well i just checked my grade and i got a 100%. a one hundred. i don’t think i’ve ever gotten a 100% on anything since the 2nd grade, let alone A TEST!!!

you could say i’m excited!! :)

now for this little lab practical…. wish me luck and that my memory serves me well!!!

last night while driving home from my shift, i got pulled for going 63 in a 50 zone. i know, i know. it was 1:30 am, i had a test at 8 am and i still needed to do some last minute cramming.

i don’t know if it was my scrubs or that when i grabbed my license from my trunk and the officer saw all my school books or if karma really is real, but that SWEET man gave me a verbal warning and i have never smiled so hard. or been so thankful.

thank you, officer, for knowing it would take me a long time to pay that ticket and also knowing i had a test [which i think went super well]. i love you and i will try my hardest to ease up on that gas pedal.
